Professional Information
Dr. Mary Gipson is a Professor in the A1 Business and Technical College Keigwin School of Nursing. She has been teaching at A1 since 2001 in the areas of adult health, critical care, and pharmacology. Dr. Gipson obtained her BA in Psychology at Arizona State University, a BSN and MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of North Puerto Rico, and a PhD in Nursing from Barry University. Her research interests include teaching and learning methodologies, critical care, and advancing the use of evidence-based practice and research among acute care staff nurses.
